BY -LAW NO. 68 -16
Being a by -law to declare certain Tax
Registration Lands to be required by the
Town of Bowmanville for its8 own purposes.
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville is the registered
owner of certain lands by reason of the Tax Arrears Registration procedure;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to declare these lands to be used
for municipal purposes;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The following lands in the Town of Bowmanville registered under the provisions
of the Department of Municipal Affairs Act, be and are hereby declared to be
required for the purposes of the Corporation:
(a) Part of Township Lot 10, Broken Front Concession, Township of Darlington,
now in the Town of Bowmanville and known as Lot number 3 according to
Registered Plan No. 345 registered in the Registry Office for the west
riding for the County of Durham on the 17th day of December, 1933.
(b) Part of Township Lot 10, Broken Front Concession, Township of Darlington,
now in the Town of Bowmanville and known as Lot number 4 according to
Registered Plan No. 345 registered in the Registry Office for the west
riding for the County of Durham on the 17th day of October, 1933.
