situate at the south-east corner of King and Temperance Streets

in the Town of Bowmanville., know as the "Wellington Bloqk"r has
revealed certain encroachments of buildings on King Street and
Temperance Street as shown on the Plan of Survey made by Donevan
and Fleischmann, which is attached hereto as Schedule "'A'.`
occurred inadvertently and have in fact been established for
many years.
AND WHEREAS United Counties Holdings Limited

the Owners of the Wellington Block have requested the Town of
Bowmanville to pass this by-law authorizing the said encroachmentj
NOW THEREFORE the Council • the Corporation
of the Town • B wmanville pursuant to The Municipal a
1960, Chapter 249, Section 379 (1) paragraph 91 HEREBY ENACTS
as follows:
L. That the said United Counties Holdings Limited, or
the Owners or occupants from time to time of the said Wellington
2. That the Owners of the said property pay to the Town
of Bowmanville an annual fee of in advance for the right
