AND WHEREAS a recent survey of the said lands and
premises has indicated that the lands t -1 occupied and
possessed by the said persons respectively are not the lands
described on the registered title, as shown on Plan of Survey
made by M.D. Brown and attached hereto as Schedule IrCIt ;

HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
2. That the Town of Bowmanville does grant a confirmatory
conveyance to Wallace Vernon Terry and Bessie Bernice Terry of
the lands
more particularly described in Schedule "B" hereto.

3. That the Mayor and Clerk be and are hereby authorized
to execute the said confirmatory conveyances on behalf of the
Town and impress the Corporate Seal thereon.
