A By -law to allow encroachment of the Annis
Building at the south -west corner of King
and Division Streets
AND WHEREAS the said encroachments have
occurred inadvertently and have in fact been established for
many years®
AND WHEREAS Thomas G. Annis,, the Owner of the
authorizing Annis Block has requested the Town of Bowmanville to pas,a this
the said encroachments.

(b) On Division Street -- the five sets of concrete steps shown ol

on the plan of survey attached hereto as Schedule "A".
encroachments being permitted on a public street. Provided,that
the Owner shall place and keep in force from time to time, Public
Liability Insurance in the amount of $50,000-00 to cover all manner
of claims which may arise against the Town of Bowmanville as a
result of e encroachments.
By-law given its first, second and third readings
