HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-26B_°- 'f._T N' j Tj , - jjtt L9 Being a By-law to authorize the re-purchase of lands cm� from Almax Ceramic Industries Limited and Elco Connectors (Canada) Limited® by By-la-,,,,r -#68-10 passed by a vote in excess of three-fourths of all the members of the Council of The Corporation 'Lo the Town of Bowmanville, The Corporation of the Town of Bo-wrimanville, hereinafter called the To7,m, did authorize the purchase of certain lands in '-,o-,,Tnship lots 8 and 9 in the first concession for the establishment of industry® 1,=REAS by By-Law- `-68735 passed on the 7th day of October, 1968, the To7!m, did authorize a conveyance of a part of the said lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, to Almax Ceramic Industries Limited, hereinafter called Almax upon certain terms and conditions therein set out and the Town did in fact convey the said lands described in Schedule "A" to Almax by deed dated the 8th day of October, 1968 up-on the said te_—,-:is and conditions.
