Being a By-law to authorize the re-purchase of lands

from Almax Ceramic Industries Limited and Elco
Connectors (Canada) Limited®
by By-la-,,,,r -#68-10 passed by a vote in excess of three-fourths
of all the members of the Council of The Corporation 'Lo the Town of
Bowmanville, The Corporation of the Town of Bo-wrimanville, hereinafter
called the To7,m, did authorize the purchase of certain lands in
'-,o-,,Tnship lots 8 and 9 in the first concession for the establishment
of industry®
1,=REAS by By-Law- `-68735 passed on the 7th day of October, 1968,
the To7!m, did authorize a conveyance of a part of the said lands more
particularly described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, to Almax
Ceramic Industries Limited, hereinafter called Almax upon certain
terms and conditions therein set out and the Town did in fact convey
the said lands described in Schedule "A" to Almax by deed dated the
8th day of October, 1968 up-on the said te_—,-:is and conditions.

the Town did authorize 7 a conveyance of a part of the said lands more
particularly described in Schedule "B" attached hereto, to Elco
Connectors (Canada) Limited, hereinafter called Elco, upon certain
terms and conditions therein set out and the Town did in fact convey
the said lands described in Schedule "B" to Elco by deed dated the
22nd day of October, 1968 upon the said terms and conditions.

conditions and have requested the Town to accept a re-conveyance of
the said lands in accordance with the terms of the said by-la-,,ajs and
conveyances®
NOW T' FO the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Bowm an-
vi lle, HERETZ ENACTS as follows:
1. That the Town be and is hereby authorized to accept re-conveyahces
of the lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" and Schedule
"B" attached hereto from Almax and Elco and to pay therefor the
following purchase prices in accordance with the said by-laws and
original conveyances:-

all things and execute any documents necessary to complete the re-purchase
of the said lands from Almax and Elco.
