There shall be levied and collected upon the assessable land, buildings, and business within the Corporation of the Tmznzi of ,towni.-awille the following rates for the 1969 year: 3. All taxes, including all local improvement assessments shall be deemed to 1-Lawie been imposed and become due and payable on the 1st day of January, 1969, but may be paid in six instalments, of which instalments, two will be to receive interim taxes le-tried under authority of By-Law Fo. 69-1. 4. The remaining taxes, including local improvement assess- ments, after deduction of taxes levied prior to the adontion of these Estimates may be paid ire four instalments on the 2nd day of June, 1969, the 28th day Of July, 1969, the 15th day of September, 1969, and the 3rd day of Hovember, 1969. 5. There shall be imposed a penalty for non - payment of taxes on the due date of any instalment thereof, the amount of Y,Q shall be added on, the first- day of each calendar month thereafter in which default continues,, but not after the end of the year in rahich the taxes are levied. 6. The Collector is hereby authorized to mail or cause to be mailed the notice of taxes due to the address of the residence or place of business of the person to whom notice is required to be given. 7. All taxes s1aall be ;)aid into the office of the Treasurer. 8. The Collector and Treasurer are hereby empowered to accept par-, payment from time to time on account of any taxes due. 9.
