By-Law No. 69-9
Being a by-law to declare certain
tax registration lands to be re-
quired by the Town of Bowmanville
for its own purposes.
T=71MEAS the Corporation of the Town of B(n=anville
is the registered m-i-ner of certain lands by reason of the Ta-z
Arrears Registration procedure;
ZAIMD TMEIREAS it is deemed desirable to declare these
lands to be used for municipal purposes;
I-TIOTT TEEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville hereby ENIACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. TI-zat lands composed of part of Lot 9, Broken
Front Concession, formerly in the To-unship of Darlington,
now in the Tm. -n of Bovananville, and more Particularly described
in Schedule A attached hereto, be and are hereby declared to be
required for the purposes of the Corporation.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this ?/
