By-Law Yo. 69-10
A by-law to authorize the entering into a
Subdividers Agreement with Edward Wilson.
WITIE-UMLIS the Bo-vmianville Planning Board and Council
has approved the setting out and construction of a subdivision
on lands fronting -in on TVaverley Road;
NOW TI=EFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of BOITmanville hereby E17ACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Kayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, and
seal with the Corporate Seal an agreement between Edward
Wilson and the said Corporation dated the 14th day of
I'lay, 1969.
