WHEREAS by By-law #68-43 passed by a vote in excess of three-fourths

Bowmanville, The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville did authorize
the purchase of certain lands in Township lots 9 and 10 in the Broken
Front Concession f• f the establishment of n •' ' 'R
AND WHEREAS Corporation of - Town of Bowmanville has agreed to
Broken sell a certain parcel of the said lands situate in Township lot 10
in the •nt Concession to Edwin George Lacey and Joseph John
Cleary for the establishment ano carrying on of •
NOW THEREFORE the Council of The Corporatiun of the Town of Bowman-
ville pursuant to Section 379 (1) Paragraph 49 of The Municipal Act,
MREBY ENACTS as follows:
