A by-law to authorize the erterirg into
of an Agreement with the Ortaric Housing
Corporation
WHEREAS Council requested the Ontario Housing
Corporation to urdertake a survey to determine the re M,
for low rental Pccommodation for senior citi7ens;
AND WHEREAS the Ontario Housing Corporation
is constructing 14 senior citizen housing units or
Nelson Street:

requested Council to enter into an agreement and Courcil-
has agreed to contribute to the operatirg costs of the
housing accommodation7
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation,
of the Town of Bowmanville pursuant to the provisions of
Section 17 of The Housing Development Act R.S.O. 1960
Chapter 183, hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
