TOWN OF BOWMANVILLE
By -Law No. 69 -19
A by -law to authorize the entering into of
an Agreement with the Minister of Public
Works for the Province of Ontario.
WHEREAS space is provided in the Court Building on Church
Street for use in the administration of Justice;
AND WHEREAS the Province of Ontario is agreeable and
desires to enter into a lease for the use of this space;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Agreement dated January 1, 1969 between the Corporation
and the Minister of Public Works for the Province of Ontario
is hereby authorized and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized
to execute the same on behalf of the Corporation and to
affix the Corporate seal thereon.
READ a first, second and third time and finally passed this day
of 1969.
