By -Law No. 70-
A by -lau to authorize the destruction of certain
records of the Corporation
WHEREAS the docunents and records hereinafter referred to are of
no further use or value to the Corporation, and it is deemed expedient to
provide for their destruction.
NOW THEREFO , the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
To�,m of Bowmanville enacts as follows:
to That the -receipts, vouchers, instruments, rolls or other documents,
records and papers must be kept by the Municipality for the retention periods
as set out in Schedule "All to this bylaw, which Schedule shall be and fora
a part of this by -law.
20 This by -law shall be effective on the day it receives the approval
of the Auditor of the Corporation.
