Being a by-law to authorize the construction
of a sanitary sewer and watermain on ther Base
Line Road and Cjq)tjX-rAjq.P 31'ALd-t
WHEREAS the Coun-cil of the Municipal Corporation of
the Town of Bowmanville deems it expedient and necessary in the in-
terests of the future development of the Town of BoT,,manville to con-
struct a sanitary sewer and water-main on the Base Line Road and
AND ti_ EREAS the sanitary sewers and watermains being
extended by the proposed works are owned by the Town and managed by
a public utility commission.
NOW I REFORE the Council of the Municipal Corpora-
tion of the Town of Bowmanville pursuant to the Municipal Act R.S.O.
1960, Chapter 249, Section 379 (1) Paragraph 52 IMREBY ENACTS as

f 011ows:
1. The Town of Bowmanville shall construct a 10 inch
sanitary sewer including syphon,man holes, and clean out chambers, and
a 10 inch watermain, including valves and hydrants on the Base Line
seal of the Town thereto as-may be necessary in connection with the
making of contracts and other matters for the completion of the
said undertakings.
3. This by-law shall not take effect until it
receives the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board under Section
64 (1) of The Ontario Municipal Board Act, 01

July, 1970.
