A by -lat,= to repeal By -Law No. 69 -32, which amended
By -L,M7 Noe 1663, which is a by -law to provide for
the installation of parking :peters on certain
streets in the Town of Bowmanville and to provide
regulations relative to the parking of vehicles in
the areas or zones where parking meters are
installed and requiring the drivers of motor vehicles
to mace use of such meters.
The Council of the Corporation of the Toim of BoVmlanville, pursuant
to the Yonicipal Act, R. S. 0, 1960, Chapter 249, Section 476, Subsection 7,
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOt•TS
le That By -Law No. 69 -32 be, and is hereby repealed.
2e This by -law shall not become effective until approved by
the Department of Transport of the Province of Ontario.
