A by-la;; to provide that Subsection 4 of Section
26 of The Planning Act as amended does not apply
to certain lards in the Torn of Bornanville
t,THEREAS a aunicipality may by by-law provide that Subsection 4 of
Section 26 of The Planning Act as amended does not apply to certain lands;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Torn of Bowmanville has deemed
it advisable to provide that Subsection 4 of Section 26 should not apply to
certain lands hereinafter described;
1TOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED A1,TD IT IS HEREBY ENACTED as a by -law
of The Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville by the Council thereof as
follous:
to That Subsection 4 of Section 26 of The Planning Act does not apply
to land that is within the registered plans of subdivision or parts thereof
as are set out in Schedule "Lz" to this by -la4
20 This by-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the
Minister of Municipal Affairs and thereafter Subsection 4 of Section 26 of
The Planning Act ac amended shall cease to apply to the lands described in
Schedule "A" hereto.
3, Schedule "All attached hereto shall form part of this by -law.
