A by -law to provide that Subsection 4 of Section
26 0= The Planning Act as amended does not apply
to certain lands in the ToTm of Boirrnanville
WHEREAS a municipality may by by -law provide that Subsection
of Section 26 of The Planning Act as amended does not apply to certain
lands;
AND WBEREAS the Corporation of the Totm of BoN manville has
deemed it advisable to provide that Subsection 4 of Section 26 should
not apply to certain lands hereinafter described;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED AHM IT IS HEREBY ENACTED as a
by -law of The Corporation of the Toem of Bowmanville by the Council
thereof as follows:
le That Subsection 4 of Section 26 of The Planning Act does not
apply to land that is within the registered plans of subdivision or
parts thereof as are set out in Schedule "All to this by -law.
20 This by -law shall come into effect upon being approved by
the Minister of Municipal Affairs and thereafter Subsection 4 of Section
26 of The Planning Act as amended shall cease to apply to the lands
described in Schedule "A9l hereto.
3. Schedule "AT4 attached hereto shall form part of this by -law.
