WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville holds certain
lands more particularly described in Schedules rc A ,
attached hereto as public and park lands under Section 2800f The
Planning Act the said lands g
part by Joseph J. Flett, by instrument re istered obythe 18t De
day of May,1956 as number 950
Jong by instrument registered on the 19th day of July, 1957
as number 4076.
AND WHEREAS the Corporation for of the Town of ese7.ling

inafter set out.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowman -
ville HEREBY ENACTS as follows:

dated June 30, 1869, and on file in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of the West Riding of the County of Durham, (being part of original Township Lot
Ten (10) in the First Concession of the Township of Darlington, now within the
limits of the said Town Of Bowmanville) the boundaries of the said parcel being
more particularly described as follows;
PREMISING that the bearing of the Southerly limit of Registered Plan Number 608 in
the said Town of Bowmanville is North 73 degrees 53 minutes East and relating all
bearings herein thereto;
COMMENCING at a point in the Southerly limit of said Block "M ", being the Northerly
limit of Nelson Street, distant Easterly therein two hundred and two feet three
and one—half inches (202' 32 ") from the South — Westerly angle of Town Lot 27,

according to a plan of the said Town of Bowmanville made by C. G. Hanning, P.L.S.,
dated June 309, 1869, and on file in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of the West Riding of the County of Durham, (being part of original Township Lot
Ten (10) in the First Concession of the Township of Darlington, now within the
limits of the said Town of Bowmanville) the boundaries of the said parcel being
more particularly described as follows;
COMMENCING at a point in the Southerly limit of said Block "M ", being the Northerly
limit of Nelson Street, distant Easterly therein one hundred and eighty —two feet
(1828) from the South — Westerly angle of Lot Twenty —seven (27), Block "M ";
THENCE Northerly parallel to the Westerly limit of Town Lot 27 a distance of
sixty —six feet (668) more or less to a point in the Easterly production of the
Northerly limit of said Town Lot 27;
THENCE Easterly in the said production a distance of twenty feet three and one —
