THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF B01VANVILLE
BY -LAW NO. 2001
Being a by-law to establish and
y a
layout a municipal parking lot.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville has entered into a certain Agreement dated the
22nd day of TIarch, 1966, with the Board of Trustees of Trinity
United Church, Bowmanville;
AND 11HEREAS the said Agreement provides that the
said Corporation shall establish and maintain a parking lot
for vehicles on lands described in part as being Town Lot 159
in Block 'tIQ" fronting on the north side of Church Street;
NOIT T w ZEFORE the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville, pursuant to the authority provided by
Section 377 (67) of the Municipal Act R.S.O.
hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the land described as Town Lo-
fronting on Church Street be established and
parking lot for the parking of vehicles.
2. The definitions and regulations as
1664 relative to the parking of vehicles in
meters are installed shall apply to the said

to provide for a longer period of parking time.
3. The Treasurer shall establish a reserve fund and
deposit therein the net revenue derived from the operation of
all parking facilities operated by the municipality for parking
purposes,including parking meters on highways.
