of Concession Street.
WHEREAS the Bowmanville Foundry Company Limited by
conveyance registered on the 14th day of November,1966, as
instrument number N311440, has conveyed 0.12 acres of land in
original Township Lot 13 in the First Concession at the corner
of Scugog and the-Firbt Concession Road allowance for the pur-
pose of establishing and maintaining a public road.
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
is desirous of establishing the said lands as an extension and
widening of Concession Street.
NOW THEREFORE pursuant to the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1960
Chapter 2149 Section 459(1)(a) &(b) The Council of the Corporation
of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville HEREBY $NACTS as
follows:
1. That the Town accept the said conveyance of part of the
original Township Lot 13 in the First Concession containing
6:12 acres of land.
2. That the said lands so conveyed to the Town more particularly
described and shown on a survey attached to said instrument
number N311440,be and are hereby ded bated and established as
a public highway and an extension and widening of Concession
Street
By -Law given its first, second and third readings
and finally passed this a'?/ 97� day of November A.D. 1966.
