BY -LAW NO. le4
A By -law to amend By -law No. 1966,
being a by -law to establish a system
for the collection and removal of
garbage.
WHEREAS considerable public concern has been expressed
at hedge clippings being classed as non - collectable waste;
AND WHEREAS it has proven most difficult to establish
equitable rates to provide for each particular type of commercial
and residential property based on the class of business and the
quantity of garbage removed;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Towh
of Bowmanville ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By -law No. 1966 is hereby amended by deleting from
Section 1, subsection (d)2, the words "shrubs and vines".
2. By -law No. 1966 is hereby amended by deleting the whole
of Sections 13 and 14 thereof.
