WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville passed a Zoning By -law No. 1587 on the 2nd day of August, 1955, which was duly approved by Order of The Ontario Municipal Board; AND WHEREAS By -law No. 1587 has been amended by By -laws numbered 1612, 1700, 1$252 1835, 1$$$, 1916, 1933 and 1936 passed on the 3rd day of July, 1956, on the 10th day of September, 1959, ko on the 2nd day of October, 1961, on the 30th day of January, 1962, on the 7th day of October, 1963, on the 6th day of July, 1964, on the 5th day of April, 1965 and on the 3rd day of May, 1965, respect- ively, all of which save By -law No. 1933, have been duly approved by the Ontario Municipal Board; AND WHEREAS it is desirable to further amend the said Zoning By -law No. 1587; THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville pursuant to the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1960, Chapter 296, Section 30, and amendments thereto, HEREBY ENACTS that By -law No. 1587 as amended be further amended as follows: In the schedule of zones under the heading - IN TOWNSHIP LOT 14 IN CONCESSION 1 To add to the section as amended by By -law No. 1700, paragraph 22, later struck out and substituted for by paragraph 6 of By -law No. / r3s. / 344:5, a second exception clause to: "All southerly of No. 2 Highway in ...................... Zone 1 EXCEPT a parcel in the southeasterly part of Township 14 and more particularly described as follows: COM ENCING at a point being the south west corner of Township Lot 14 and being also the north east corner made by the intersection of Martin Road and Base Line Road; g -2-- THENCE continuing northerly along the easterly limit of Martin Road a distance of 660 feet; THENCE easterly in a straight line parallel with the northern limit of the Base Line Road a distance of 1000 feet to a point; THENCE southerly in a straight line parallel with the easterly limit of Martin Road a distance of 660 feet to a point on the northerly limit of Base Line Road; THENCE westerly along the said northerly limit of Base Line Road a distance of 1000 feet to the point of commencement ...... UPON THE APPLICATION of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville, upon consideration of the material filed, and it appearing that notice of application has been given as directed by the Board and that no objections to 'approval have been received by the clerk of the applicant corporation within the time prescribed, as appears by affidavit, filed; THE BOARD ORDERS,, under and in pursuance of the legisla- tion hereinbefore referred to, and of any and all other powers vested in the Board, that Bylaw 1974 passed the 31st day of May, 19660 be and the same is hereby approved.
