A By -law to provide for certain exemptions for lands assessed in parcels of not less than five acres, as provided in Section 37 of the Assess- ment Act, Chapter 23, R.S.O., 3-? 1960. THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville in accordance with Section 37 of The Assessment Act, Chapter 23, R.S.O., 1960 enacts LO as ,;V4o1l ows:- THAT the lands in the Town of Bowmanville described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, and forming part of this By -law, used as farm lands only and assessed in blocks of five acres or more, shall be exempted from taxation for the year 1964 for services set opposite them.
