A BY -LAW TO PROVIDE FOR THE APPOINT14ENT OF
CERTAIN REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TOWN OF
BOudMANVILLE TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS:
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville enacts as follows: -
(HOSPITAL BOARD)
1.
THAT Councillor G. Hughes be and is hereby appointed a
member of the Memorial Hospital Board for the year 1964.
(PLANNING BOARD)
2.
THAT Mr. L. Mason and Mr. I. Smith be and are hereby
appointed members of the Bowmanville Planning Board for a
term of three years, and that Deputy Reeve Stevens be also
appointed for a term of one year.
( CEMETERY BOARD)

THAT Mr. A. Sturrock be and is hereby appointed member of the
Bowmanville Cemetery Board for a term of three years, and that
Councillors C. Leslie and W, Fice be and are hereby appointed
members for a term of one year.
(ARENA BOARD)
4.
THAT Messrs. N. Osborne, F. Hooper, M. Brown, E, Rundle and
, Councillor G. Stephen and Reeve S. Little be
and are hereby appointed members of the Arena Management
Committee for a term of two years.
(LIBRARY BOARD)
5.
THAT Mr. G. Vice be and is hereby appointed a member of the
Bowmanville Library Board for a term of three years.
(RECREATION COMMITTEE)

THAT Councillors Pt Chant and W. Fice and-Messrs. Ht Collacutt,
Dc Gilhooly, J, C Coyle and Mrs. E. Alder) Mrs. J, Devitt and
Mrs. M. Lucas be and are hereby appointed members of the
Recreation Committee for the year 1964,
(TRAFFIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE)
7.
THAT Reeve S. Little, Messrs. B. Kilpatrick, M. Tighe, D.
Kennedy and S. Black, be ind are hereby appointed members of
the Traffic Advisory Committee for the year 1964.
(COMMITTEE OF ADJUSTMENT)
8.
THAT Mr. B. Vanstone be and is hereby appointed a member of
the Bowmanville Committee of Adjustment for a term of three
years and that K. Jackson be and is hereby appointed a member
to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of W. Carruthers
from this Committee.
(MUSEUM BOARD)
9.
THAT Messrs. A. M. Thompson, W. Syer, Mrs. N. Wiseman, Mrs. E.
Lunney, Miss A. Hodgins, Councillors G. Stephen and P. Chant,
be and are hereby appointed members of the Museum Board for the
Year 1964.

10. THAT Mr. L. A. Parker be and is hereby appointed a member of
the Durham District High School Board for a term of three
years.
(OSHAWA REGIONAL PLANNING BOARD)
11. THAT Mayor Hobbs and Mr. A. Cole be and are hereby appointed
members of the Oshawa Regional Planning Board for the year 1964.
(CENTRAL LAKE ONTARIO CONSERVATION AUTHORITY)
12. THAT Councillors G. Hughes be and is hereby appointed a member
of the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority for the year
1964.

13. THAT Messrs. G. MacNeil and Robert Kent be and are hereby
appointed members of the Bowmanville Industrial Committee for
