A By-law to amend Debenture My-law No, 176
so me to provide for payment of the total
remaining unpaid debentures out of the
general rate,

works was cited and prepaid by the property own*rs prior to the
establishment of the $41 *958.00 unpaid oapital cost for the purpose of

UPON THE APPLICATION of The Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville for approval of the cancellation from and
after the let day of January, 19649 of the special assess-
ment imposed upon owners of the lands, abutting the storm
severs on Liberty Street and Base Line, and for the re-
payment of the sum of $30299.39 for special assessment*
commuted by such property owners, from and after the lot
day of January, 1964, and for the levying on all the rate-
able property in the Town of Bowmanville of the balance of
the owners# share of the cost of the said storm sewers and
interest thereon, and upon reading the material filed;

1. THE BOARD ORDERS, tinder and in pursuance of the
legislation hereinbefore referred to, and of any and all
other powers vested in the Hoard, that the said application
be and the same is hereby granted and that# from and after
the lot day of January, 1964s the special assessment imposed
upon owners of the lands abutting the storm *ewers on
Liberty Street and Base Line be cancelled and that the sum
of OsM -39 for special assessments commuted by such
property owners from and after the lot day of January,
19649 be repaid and that the balance of the ownersf share
of the cost of the said storm sewers and interest thereon
be levied on all the rateable property in the Town of
Bowmanville.
