BY -LAW NO.
A BY -LAW TO REPEAL BY -LAW NUMBER 1673
WHEREAS the Gbunci.l of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville did on the 19th day of March, 1952, pass by -law number
1614 establishing an area of subdivision control;
AND WHEREAS the said Council by -law number 1673 passed
on the 4th day of November, 1957, amended by -law 1614 - and _ deemed
Lots numbered 1 to 42 inclusive according to registered plan number
638 not to be a registered plan of subdivision.
AND WHEREAS said by -law 1673 was duly approved by the
Minister of Planning and Development on the 20th day of November,
1957, and registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division
of the West Riding of the County of Durham on the 26th day of November,
1957, as instrument number 4995.
AND WHEREAS the said Council is desirous of re- instating
said registered plan 638 as a registered plan of subdivision for the
purpose of subdivision. control.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the premises and pursuant
to The Planning Act R.S.O. 1960 Chapter 296 Section 26 the Council of
the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That by -law number 16 ?3 be and is hereby repealed.
2. That the lands affected by this by -law are the same
lands added to SFchedulel "A" and "B" of by -law number 1614 by by -law
1673, namely, Lots numbered 1 to 42 inclusive according to registered
plan number 638.
3. That Lots numbered 1 to 42 inclusive according to
registered plan number 638 shall henceforth be deemed lots on a
registered plan of subdivision for the purpose of Part II of The
Planning Act.
