A By-law to Repeal
By-Law No. 1$15.
WHEREAS: The Council of the Corporation of the Toren of
Bowmanville' `did on the . 14th day of August pass
a By-law entitled *A By-law to provide for the
borrowing of $450,000.00 upon debentures for
an addition to the Sewage 'treatment Plant".
AND WHEREAS: Agreements between the Corporation of the
Town of Bowmanville and Central Mortgage and
Housing Corporation and improved financial
market conditions make it impractical for the
municipality to proceed with the sale of deben-
tures under the terms of said bye -law 1815;
AND WHEREAS: The Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Bowmanville deems it expedient to repeal By-law
No. 1$15.
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
BOMANVILLS ENACTS AS FOLLOWS=
1. That By -law No. 1815 entitled *A By-law to
provide for the borrowing of $450#000.00
upon for an addition to the Sewage Treatment
Planted be and is hereby repealed.
2. That this By-law shall take effect on the
final passing thereof.
READ a First and Second time this 24th day of
September 1963.
