A 'By -Law to provide for the restrictions of parking and full loads
the
Town of Bowinanville .
WHE.iEAS pursuant to the Highway, Traffic Act Councils may pass By-Laws
for
prohibiting the parking and over ,loading on ' the streets within,
the
Corporation limits.
NOW
THEREFORE Council of .the Town of Bowmanville enacts as follows:-

The, provisions of subsections 4, 5 and 6 of section �36 of The
,Highway Traffic Act R. S. 0. 1950, Chapter 157 ,are declared to
be in force in respect of unpaved and paved highways 'within

Parking for Municipal Officials and Others
When properly worded signs have been erected and are on display,
no person, other than an authorized* municipal official shall
stop., stand or park a vehicle in the areas set out on the north,
side of the Town Hall.
No person other than a visitor shall 'Stop, stand' , or park a
vehicle in the two spaces alotted on the north side of'the
Town Hall.
