TABLES and BOWLING ALLEYS. The Municipal Council of the Town of Bowmanville hereby enacts as follows; It shall not be lawful awful for any person or persons for hire, or gain, or for any propriety club as defined by the Luniopil Act within the Town of Bowmanville, directly or indirectly, to keep or have in his, her, their or it's possession or on his, her,, their, or it's premises any billiard, pool or bagatelle table or tables without first taking out a license to, be Issued under this section, nor shall it be lawful for any "­,-person or persons or propriety club to keep or have any billiard, pool or . bagatelle table or tables in ,any house or place of public entertaizment, resort without such license whether, such table or tables is or are,, used or not. 20 'It shall not be lawful 'for any person or persons for hire or gain, to establish, keept maintain or operate 'any bowling alley within the Town of Bowmanville, without Forst taking out a license to be issued under this section. 39 The ,fee to be paid for any license to be issued under Section l,to have or keep any billiard or ool or bagatelle . table or tables in the Town, of Bowmanville shall be 20.00 for the first table and $ 10.00 for each additional table, and for any license to be issued under section 22 to establish, tablish, keepq maintain or operate any bowling alley within the Town of Bowmenville shall be 15.00 for the first alley and 5.00 for each'...' additional alley* 4. The Mayor of the Town of Bowmanville and the Counoil may at any time for sufficient cause, cancel or annul any , existing license. By -Law No 1128 and all by -laws inconsistent with the provisions ,of this By -Law are hereby repealed.
