Being a by -law to authorize the sale of
lands to Freerk De Jong.
WHZREAS >,
the lands described in Schedule 1 heretorand
other lands were conveyed to the Town of Bowmanville by Joseph
J: Flett by indenture dated the 8th day of February, '1956,, and
registered on the 18th day, of May, 1956, in accordance with C�
Section 26, subsection 5,(A) of The Planning Act, Statutes of
Ontario, 1955., Chapter 61;

hereto and the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bow-

approved bf the sale of the said lands described in Schedule "1" y

grant a right -of -wry/ to be maintained by the Town as a public
