Schedule "1" hereto, to be used by the Municipality for public -
purposes; -

moneys received from the sale , of other lands pursuant to Section
26, subsection 7, of The Planning Act, Statutes of Ontario, 1955.,
Chapter 61, in a special account;

Planning Act, 1955, the Minister of Planning and Development has,

approved of the purchase of the said lands described in schedule
"1" hereto from the said Freerk De Jong at the purchase I)rice of,.

in such special account for the purchase of the said lands.
