A By -Law of the Municipal., Council of the Corporation, of the Town of,
Bowmanville to raise by taxation certain, suns of money for, Town , County-,-
Debenture and School purposes for the year 1951.

hereby enactsj-
First;-
1
Thatthe several sums of money hereinafter mentioned-be levied
equally upon the whole rateable property of the said Town of
Bowmanville as appears by the Assessment RoLl ,for the year 1951.
Second;
That the sum of $ 71,494.50 be levied being a rate of 23.1 mills
on the dollar required as ordinary Town rate as shown in estimates
hereto attached,
Third;
That the skim of $ 77, 375.00 be levied being ' a rate of 25 mills
on the dollar required for Fublic School expenditures as appears,,
by their requisition before Council.

Fifth;-
That the sum of 11,4.51.50 be levied being a rate of 3.7 mills
on the dollar required to meet certain sewerage,, local improvement
and general debentures, and interest maturing during the year 1951.

That the sum of 28,164.50 be, levied being a rate of 901 mills
on the dollar required to meet the County Rate for 1951.
seventh;-
That the several amount s shall be paid into the office of the „
Tax Collector in four ,equal installments on April 12th, June 14th,,
September 6t h ' a nd November 22nd, next
Zighth ;-
Shpuld any of the instal3ments be . not paid on or before due date
penalties will be added at the rate of Q % month or fraction
thereof until December 31st next, when 4 fib. is added to, all 1951
taxes remaining unpaid.

to the credit of the Town of Bowmanville pursuant to the Statutes
and By -Law of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville in that.
