February 20, 2012 at the Lang Chapel
MEMBERS PRESENT: Fran Quantrill. Helen Schmid, Wendy Partner, Barbara
Carman, Lydia Wingerak, Merrill Graham, Betty Lycett, Sebold Wesselius, Joe
Vanderveen, and Viola Vanderveen.
Chair Viola Vanderveen called the meeting to order and asked for the reading of the
minutes from February 21, 2011.
Motioned by Barbara Carman, seconded by Betty Lycett `That the minutes of February
212011 be approved as read. Carried.
No correspondence to be read.
No Business from the minutes.
The Financial Report for 2011 was read. The Interest for the Perpetual Care Account was
stated as $224,000.00.
Motioned by Lydia Wingerak, seconded by Fran Quantrill `That the Financial Report be
adopted as presented. Carried.
The Financial Reviewers Report was read.
Motioned by Betty Lycett, seconded by Barbara Carman, `That the Financial Reviewers
Report be approved as presented. Carried
New Business:
All Board of Directors are willing to stay on for the term of one year with with Merrill
Graham joining the Board of Directors.. All of the above accepted.
Auditors are to be Joyce Gray and Ed MIllson.
Motion was made by Betty Lycett, that we adjourn the meeting accordingly at 1:10 pm.
