MEMBERS PRESENT: Fran Quantrill. Helen Schmid, Merrill Graham, Betty Lycett
Viola Vanderveen, eric Dreslinski, and Edward Martin.
Chairperson Viola Vanderveen called the meeting to order and asked for the reading of
the minutes from February 20, 2012.Motion was made by Merrill Graham, seconded by
Fran Quantrill `That the minutes of February 20, 2012 be approved as read. Carried.
No Business arising from the minutes.
No Correspondence.
The Financial Report for 2012 was read and received.
Motioned by Eric Dreslinskil, seconded by Fran quantrill `That the Financial Report be
adopted as presented. Carried.
The books were audited by Joyce Gray & Nancy West as Ed Millson was sick.
The Auditors Report was read and accepted. We are to ask Joyce Gray, Ed Millson or
Nancy West to Audit the 2013 books.
New Business:
All Board of Directors are willing to stay on for the term of one year.
Motion was made by Eric Dresliski that we adjoun the meeting at 1:25 pm.
