DIRECTORS PRESENT: Barbara Carman, Fran Quantrill, Betty Lycett, Viola
Vanderveen, Lydia Carman, Merle Graham Helen Schmid, Ted Martin and Eric Dreslinski.
Chair Betty Lycett opened the meeting at 2:00 PM after the Walk -around.
Minutes of the Feb 20 2012 meeting were read. There were no errors or emissions.
Wendy Partner moved that the minutes be adopted, seconded by Fran Quantrill. Carried.
No correspondence.
No Old Business.
New Business:
Business resulting from Walk -around.
Betty and Viola are to contact the Ball Family concerning the flower bed on their lot. Pictures are to be set on
the tombstone ledge.
Decoration Sunday is to be June 24, 2012 with a service being held in the Chapel at I PM. Bonnie Reid and
Joyce Grav are to be asked to lead the service.
Fran is to contact Louws Construction to look at the Tower in the Chapel as it is leaking. It is to be repaired
before winter.
Merle was asked to look around for a different lawn mower to replace the Club Cadet as it is wore out.
The inside of the Chapel looks very good. as well as the grounds.
Lydia made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:40 pm. Seconded by Merle.
