DIRECTORS PRESENT: Fran Quantrill, Betty Lycett, Viola Vanderveen, , Merrill Graham Helen
Schmid, Ted Martin and Eric Dreslinski.
Chair Betty Lycett opened the meeting at 1:300 PM .
Minutes of the May 30, 2012 meeting were read. There were no errors or emissions. Helen
Schmidmoved that the minutes be adopted, seconded by Ted Martinl. Carried.
No correspondence.
No Old Business.
New Business:
Business resulting from Walk -around.
Fran Quantrill asked that inside of the Tower in the chapel be washed and painted in the spring as it is
not leaking anymore. This is to stop the mold on the inside..
Decoration Sunday is to be June 30, 2013 with a service being held in the Chapel at 1 PM. Bonnie Reid
and Joyce Gray are to be asked to lead the service.
The Spring Walk -around will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 1:00 pm.
Merrill and Fran got 4 quotes on purchasing a new tractor.
Merrill and Fran are to contact John Deerre on Taunton Road and purchased an X360 22hHP John
Deere Tractor for $5,641.37 for the Cemetery as the Club Cadet needs to be replaced. Fran might know
someone who will purchase the Club Cadet..
The Board took a vote and increased the wages from $14.00 /hour to $15.00/hour. Motion was made by
Fran and seconded by Helen.
Viola made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 2:15 pm. Seconded by Merrill.
