Attendance- Carson, Cathy, Joanne, Alvina, Larry, Laurie
Regrets -Walter, Corinna, Mark, Peter, Corinne
AGENDA:
Dutch Dinner- Need lots of volunteers. Planning for 400 this year.
Bookings —Corinne away. Laurie taking over.
Finances — Update. We made $213 on Valentine's event.
Dances — introduced idea of keeping track of money movement and double checking. Joanne suggeste
there be transfer slips to be signed giver and giviee.
Spirit Day — Much juggling with date. JUNE 21 to keep spring tradition. Alvina motioned, Corinne 2nd
Auction — decided Dutch dinner not good for auction as folks will be eating and leaving. tbd
Meetings: this sandwich meeting was less successful as we had visitors halfway through. We still like
idea, but Alvina motioned we have traditional meeting ever 3 months or so. Joanne 2nd
Superbowl Party- Cathy said this could be a great community event. tbd
Tyrone Sign —Corinne arranged for Jacquie Forbes and Elsie to be in charge of our sign. No longer will
renters be able to put up "happy b-day" signs etc"
Photos: Laurie reintroduced the problem of our eroding photos and how they need to be
be safely taken care of. Laurie motioned we once again begin to save to have this done Cathy 2otl
Winter Parking Lot care- Carson said there is a real need for salt/sanding the lot. Would need 1.5 yard
each time at $150 per pop. and he could do it. Joanne said Ted could be back-up. Carson /Larrywill
investigate further
