Meeting Minutes May 22, 2012
Meeting held to review and approve quote for paving on the west side of the hall.
This is being completed to resolve a water problem in the west side of the
basement.
Moved by Jennifer Bowman that we accept the quote from Tri Son contracting for
the amount of $4000 plus HST.
Seconded by Karen Dair. All are in favour. Carried.
Discussed plans for upcoming fundraiser supper in Sept.
