SANTA DRAW
1.1 Draw was December 17 winners were thrilled. Total profit was $825.00
Thank you to Joan Kimbel and Jackie Kent for donating the Santa's
FUNDRAISING TOTALS
2.1 Verbally given — print will be available for next meeting
PRE -TEEN DANCES
3.1 It was decided committee would not support another dance as the first two have
not shown a profit. Attendance as low as 22 at the November dance.
HOTEL CALIFORNIA
4.1 Scheduled for March 31, 2012.
4.2 Deposit has been paid
4.3 Lighting/Sound crew booked
4.4 Tickets sold out — taking waiting list
4.5 Discussed second night — decided to keep it to the one iht.
4.6 Poster to be put up at Community Hall with Sold Out taped on it.
