Millson, Secretary -Treasurer. Messrs. W. Kay Lycett and V. Allen appeared in respect to application No. 17-66. As a majority of the members of the Committee constitu- ting a quorum were not present, the Chairman adjourned this meeting to Tuesday, 26 April 1966 at 8 pm.in the Council Chamber at Orono for the purpose of hearing Applications No. 5-65, No. 15-66 and No. 17-66. Messrs. Lycett and Allen were postponement of this meeting. The minutes of meetings dated April 18th, 25th and 26th, 1966, were approved as read.on motion by H.E.Walkey, seconded by E.R.Lovekin. - Carried. Application File No. 5-65: As business arising from this application was discussed W.K.Lycett, Agent Oliver W. Knapp and Nellie Miriam Knapp, Owners, R.R.2 Orono, Ontario, Submission No. the minutes of past meetings, and set over to the next meeting. H.E.Walkey remarked that he had looked at the subject property again. E.R.Lovekin was to speak to Por. Wildman, of Strike & Strike, to see if the applicants had any definite plans in mind regarding the widening of the road. Application,File No. 17-66 W.K.Lycett, Agent PRr. Edward H. Vance Allen appeared before the Committee. The matter of the anplication was thoroughly discussed. Yr. AllenTs recuest was for.the purchase of 30.,000 square feet from the applicant. PBr. Allen was asked if he had cleared the matter of an entrance permit with The Ontario Department of Highways and he declared he had not as there was an existing right of entry to the building presently on the property. Mr. Allen pointed out that the property was already in existence as a dwelling site.. R. 2, Orono, Ontario, for part Lot 28, Con. 5, in the Police Village of Orono of the Township of Clarke, Submission No. "8" S-4s—z� This application was discussed as business arising from the minutes of past meetings. No person appeared before the Committee in support of, or in opposition to, this application. The said application was, therefore, set over for further consideration at the next meeting of this Committee.
