A Decision was given on the"following applications:

As business arising from minutes of past meetings this
application was brought forward for further consideration.
The Secretary -Treasurer presented the following material:.
(1) A Plan of Survey prepared by M.D. Brown,Bowmanvilleg Ontario,
Ontario Land Surveyor, dated July 16, 1969
and numbered 69095 with legal description
attached;
The Committee:
(1) Perused the Plan of Survey presented showing
the subject land outlined in red;;
�(2) Referred to the former minutes;
The Committee concluded that granting this application
would�be in conformity with the general intent and purposes
of Zoning By -Law 1592 with amendments thereto and in particular
with:the provisions in Section 10 "A" subsections (lv) and
(v).
Application granted on motion by K. Schoenmaker and seconded
by E.F.R. Osborne.* Carried.
