Surveyors, dated June 6, 1965;
(2) The parcel in question is to have a proposed
area of some 14 acres, to be severed from the
middle of the present holding of 34.35 acres.
The severance will have the effect of severing
the total holding into 3 separate parcels each,
containing approximately 10 acres;,

then divide the land into three parcels, leaving
one lot for her own use;

soever of selling this property. The severances are to be gifts
to her children and no money will be paid for these lots.
