%. The said, three ratepayers upon appointment shall not as the

agents of the Municipal Council in their .duties as a Board of -
Management as herein set out and shall not be personally Liable
on any contract or undertaking in connection with such duties.

The Board of Management shall be restricted in the matter of
expenditure .or contracts for expenditure, to moneys' on hand
and building site for the-arena must be approved by Council before

any building contracts are awarded.
50 this By -Law shall take effect on the, day of the final
passing thereof
