KHEREAS -petitions have been received by the Council for the construction
as Local Improvements of the' works set forth in Schedule A " hereto.
annexed and the Clerk k has certified that each of the petitions is
sufficiently signed and it is expedient to grant the prayer of the
Petitions in the manner herewith provided;
AND WHEREAS the Council has procured reports in regard to each of such
Y;e_ works a s required by Section �4'k-of the Local Improvement Act,
NOW THEREFORE the Muni 'cipal Council of the Corporation of the To'*n, of
Bowmanville enacts as follows; -
First; -
That the reports procured by the Council in connection with ea
of the works set forth in Schedule ch,
A'" hereto attached, be'. and
the same, are hereby approved and ,.adopted,
Second;
That the works set forth in Schedule A hereto a I

be constructed on the streets between the points as therein
mentioned as Local Improvements under the rovis
p ions of the Local
Improvement Act,
Third

be necessary,for -the making of a contract for the'-eko'cution, of

That the work. shall be carried on and executed under the

agree with any ,Bank or ,person .,.for temporary advances of money
to meet the cost of the work, pending the Competion of it.

That the special assessment for each, of said -works shall be pald

a payment In cash the special rates imposed thereon by paying the
portion of the cost of construction assessed upon such lot
without the interest forthwith 9

payment of such sum as when invested at Three per cent per
annum will provide an annuity sufficient pay the special
rates for the unexpired portion of the term as they fall dae.
