completed on behalf of the 0orporation by the
Mayor and Olerk on the 22nd day of September,
1945, at a total cost of ,9.00 together
with an additional cost of- X2,25$.50 for a
change in the spec ifica,tions of the said
contrast to 2tinch ripe .,to be ins talle'd from
Liberty Place to 0huick street.

AND WHEFUAS the approval of the Department of Health of
the Province of Ontario to the said improvement of the sewerage
works was granted on the -" 7 day o f6lfze. 9 1945
71 THEREFORE the 14;l'unicipai Council of the To= of
Bowmanvill , pursuant to The Revised Statutes of Ontario, 193q,
Chapter 26 section 2, sub - sections a and hereby enacts
19 That a relief sewer together with manholes., connecting
e xstin g a ewe rs , control chamber and other appurtenances be con-
structed on Liberty Street in the said town,
That the c ntra it between 'the Toronto Construction
Company and the Corporation and completed on behalf of the Cor-
poration by the Mayor and Olerk on the 22nd day of September,
1945, for the construction .of the said sewer at a cost of r
