WHE MS The Corporation of the ToWn of Bowmanville
passed By -law No. 1916 the intent of which was to amend
the Town's Zoning By -law No. 1587 passed on the 2nd day
of August, 1955•
AND WHEREAS The Ontario Municipal Board has suggested
that Section 8 and Section 10 conflict with the Official
Plan of the Corporation.
NOW T BEFORE The Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Bowmanville enacts as follows:
1. That By -law No. 1916 be amended by eliminating Section
8 and Section 10.
2. .That the numbering of the remaining sections of By -law
1916 be adjusted accordingly.
READ a first and second time this 3rd day of May, 1965.
READ a Third time and finally passed this 3rd day of May,
1965.
