Acting Mayor A. Cowman called the Special Council
Meeting to order at 8:36 p.m.
Roll Call Present Were: Acting Mayor A. Cowman
Councillor D. Hamre
Councillor M. Hubbard
Councillor H. McKnight
Councillor F. Stapleton
Councillor A. Wotten
Absent Were: Mayor J. Winters (On Vacation)
Also Present: Clerk /Administrator, D. _ =W. Oakes
Treasurer, J. Blanchard
Director of Community Services, J. Devantier
Director of Public Works, G. Ough
Deputy Clerk, R. Rutledge

Moved by Councillor Hubbard, seconded by Councillor McKnight
THAT the actions of the General Purpose and Administration
Committee asset out in the General Purpose and Administration
Committee Minutes of Friday, August 29, 1986, be endorsed.

THAT the recommendation to'add the Treasurer and Councillor
Wotten to the Arena Sub Committee, be amended by adding the
Director of Community Services to the Arena Sub Committee.
