THAT the minutes of a regular meeting of Council held on
Monday, November 24, 1986, be approved as read.

Delegations As part of their Citizenship requirements, the 9th
Bowmanville Scout Group attended the Council Meeting.
After passing a written test, the successful scouts
will receive a Bronze Achievement Badge.

on a letter that has been sent to the Government regarding
