The Municipal Council of the Town of Bowmanvill.e hereby-enacts that the.
.undermentioned person be and he is hereby appointed to the following
office;-
Kenneth N Lorris ' Industrial Commissioner
at a salary of 4500'"00 per annum as from Ztanuary lst, 1958,
It is further enacted that. shall the officer herein named neglect any
of the duties of his office to which he has been appointed or be guilty
of ,any conduct unbecoming an-officer of this Corporation, such officer
shall forthwith be dismissed by the Mayor of Town Council ' and if in the
,.Public Interest, the above official may be dismissed, by 'Council on one
