To permit the construction of an accessory building (detached garage) by increasing
the maximum permitted height from 4.5 metres to 5.2 metres and by increasing the
maximum permitted total floor area from 120 square metres to 177 square metres.

"To approve the application to permit the construction of an

intent of the official plan and zoning by-law, is minor in nature and is
not detrimental to the neighbourhood."

by increasing the maximum number of single detached dwellings permitted on a
property from one (1) to six (6).

opposition to this application.

"To approve the application to permit the construction of five (5)
model homes, in addition to an existing single detached dwelling on
a property located within a draft approved plan of subdivision by
increasing the max number of single detached dwellings permitted
on a property from one (1) to six (6) subject to the following
conditions:
1. That the five (5) model homes are not serviced prior to
registration of the plan of subdivision
2. That the owner applies and receives plan approval for the five
(5) model homes prior to issuance of building permits; and
3. That the grading of these lots conforms to the approved master
grading plan for the subdivision.
As it meets the intent of both official plans and the zoning by-
law, is minor in nature and is not detrimental to the
neighbourhood."

as it meets the intent of both official plans and the zoning by-law, is
minor in nature and is not detrimental to the neighbourhood."

"To table the application until the next scheduled committee of
adjustment meeting to allow the applicant time to revise their
request to include a reduction in the required visibility triangle."
