To permit the construction of a link dwelling by reducing the minimum required
exterior side yard setback from 6 metres to 3.56 metres.

"To APPROVE the application to permit the construction of a link dwelling by
reducing the minimum required exterior side yard setback from 6 metres to
3.56 metres at the rear left corner of the dwelling and 4.5 metres along the
side of the dwelling as it meets the intent of both Official Plans and Zoning By-
law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."

Road; by reducing the minimum required front yard setback from 10 metres to 6
metres; by reducing the minimum required side yard setback from 7.5 metres to 3
metres; and by reducing the minimum required setback to an Environmental
Protection Zone from 3 metres to 0 metres.

"To APPROVE the application to permit the construction of a single detached

nuisances as noise, odour and illumination from the nearby livestock
operation" as it meets the intent of both Official Plans and the Zoning By-law,
is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."

Michael Brown appeared in support of this application. Tom Blake appeared in
opposition to this application.

"To APPROVE the application to permit the construction of link townhouse
dwellings by reducing the minimum required interior west side yard setback
from 4.5 metres to 3 metres and by reducing the minimum required rear yard
setback from 7.5 metres to 3 metres as it meets the intent of both Official
Plans and the Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the
neighbourhood."

Jim will be absent from the next meeting.
The Committee was shown the corner feature and landscaping for the Shoppers
Drug Mart in Courtice, as promised at an earlier C of A meeting.
